Accessibility statement

This website is run by Riverside Physiotherapy. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. This statement explains how accessible the site is, what to do if you have trouble using it, and how to report issues.

How accessible this website is

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. That means:

  • You can zoom up to 400% without text spilling off the screen.
  • You can navigate every page using just a keyboard.
  • You can use a screen reader (such as NVDA, JAWS, or VoiceOver) to read the content.
  • Text has sufficient contrast against the background.
  • Colour is never the only way information is conveyed.

Reporting accessibility problems

We're always looking to improve the accessibility of this website. If you find any problems, or think we're not meeting accessibility requirements:

We aim to respond within five working days.

Enforcement

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. If you're not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
